Diet pills are so in nowadays. I got curious with one particular pill, which is lipofuze. I checked the site and found that it’s 6 major ingredients causes the great weight loss. Imagine losing 5-10 lbs in just a week? The six major ingredients are: Wakame Seaweed Standardized to 10% Fucoxanthin, Razberi-K, Guggul EZ 100, Thermodiamine 98% Evodiamine, Forslean 95% Forskohliin, Bioperine. These are all unfamiliar to me, so I read more and learned that:

1. New scientific reports suggest that a component of the Japanese Wakame seaweed in the form of a carotenoid called Fucoxanthin, will target and reduce abdominal fat. Fucoxanthin has thermogenic properties that is used to increase the body's metabolism. The best part is while helping you lose weight it may support healthy liver function. This is critical for your health as well as weight loss as the liver promotes the efficient utilization of fat and helps with the removal of cholesterol from the bloodstream;

2. Razberi-K is a ketone unique to raspberries. Razberi-K has been reported to support fat oxidation. Therefore, raspberries are very good to include in one’s diet;
